Bonnie is great! Easy to work with. We could ask questions via phone/text/email between meeting in person which was very, very helpful. Bonnie taught my husband and I to communicate effectively with our new rescue Gavin and navigate the first few months with appropriate expectations. Bonnie's teachings enabled us to navigate from a shaky start to building a solid foundation. From Gavin, myself and my husband, thank you Bonnie!!

Ben was very professional in training us on how to handle our two dogs. The dogs are different with one being reactive to sound and Ben outlined separate training plans for each dog with this key difference. We see immediate and continuing progress 3 days into the training plan with the younger dog. Our older dog will require more time with different goals in mind however even he is showing progress for us. We are looking forward to our continued training sessions

Cooper is doing very well with his training and obeying most of his commands after only six days. He is getting better with walking on leash and is not herding our older dog going in and out of the house.

Without Stephanie, I'm not sure we could have kept our dog Pete. He was very aggressive -- on leash, to visitors, and other dogs and I was afraid he might bite someone. Particularly men -- my husband included. I did not know that many of these behaviors stem from fear, and once I assumed the role as leader of the pack, Pete's trust and respect for me would immediately change his behaviors. And I mean immediately -- within the first 3 hours of our lesson. Stephanie gave us the tools we need to overcome his bad behaviors and really taught me how to communicate with Pete. I wish I had called her sooner and not let it go on so long.

PermalinkPrior to enrolling in Mark's program, our dog Duncan posed several challenges. He exhibited erratic behavior during walks, reacted poorly to new people, and engaged in biting incidents. As he transitioned into adulthood, these issues became increasingly alarming. Even after investing in a 3-week boarding training program and traditional retail lessons, we saw only marginal improvements.
However, Mark's simple yet effective techniques have been a game-changer. After just one initial lesson, Duncan underwent a remarkable transformation. He now walks gracefully on the leash, refrains from barking or displaying aggression without reason, resists the urge to bolt out the front door, refrains from jumping, waits patiently at staircases until given the signal, responds promptly to recall commands, and has become an absolute delight to everyone he meets. He has blossomed into an absolute sweetheart.
We wholeheartedly endorse Mark's training program. Equipped with the knowledge we've gained, we feel confident in our ability to address and overcome any dog-related challenges that may arise. This training has undeniably improved our dog's behavior and our overall quality of life. Great first experience with Ben! Very knowledgable and established excellent "dog talking" foundation. I was surprised to see such great results after the *first* session that carried over even after Ben left. Our anxious dog with separation anxiety already appears calmer as we build an even stronger relationship with effective communication. We are looking forward to continued partnership and results!

I feel like we have a different dog living in our house. Since the initial visit with Scott she is a calmer, more relaxed version of herself and we love it. Even our friends and neighbors have noticed and commented on how positively different our WillaBee is!
PermalinkThe training and reasoning behind the training just clicked for our dog and us. It just works and it works almost immediately.
We have the tools to work with her everyday. We see remarkable improvement in distance control, barking, walking/back leash training, jumping up, and attention seeking behavior.
Our household is much happier since Bark Busters.

We needed help training our puppy who has a mind of his own. Michael came and immediately began training the whole family. Our dog responded the first time meeting him. He is teaching us how to set expectations with our dog and has been very patient with us. We quickly learned how to establish boundaries while enjoying our dog. We are very thankful to Michael.
