Google Review: "Bark Busters has been so amazing with helping us with our one year old Lab mix. She loved jumping on our guests when they got to our house, loved being under foot wherever we went and does not do well on a leash at all. But in just the two visits with Bark Busters she has done so much better! Absolutely love that they come to my house too!"

This concept of program showed me immediate results. Trainer was extremely attentive and listed to all my convers. All issues were addressed and I am extremely happy with the program.

PermalinkSeriously. They're not enough words to describe how amazing Bark Busters was.
We had a 10 yr old 70 lb rescue (pitbull/rhodesian ridgeback mix) who had a checkered past (had been used as a bait dog). We have had her for 9 years and she's been good. Iffy with some dogs so we just kept her out of dog parks. Mid January we rescued another dog (pitbull/staffy/? Mix) He is about 1yr old and was found running in a parking lot, emaciated. Well introductions didn't go well. He was partially house trained and knew how to sit but had NO doggy manners at all. He'd pull horribly on the leash, jump and climb all over us and the other dog. At which point she'd growl and then he'd try to bite her Throat. It was at the point we had baby gates installed and had to keep them separate. We were desperate And worried we might have to send the new dog back to the Humane Society.
ONE SESSION with Justin, at our home and the difference was LITERALLY night and day. I even had the two of them laying in our bed together! He walks nicely on the leash now, and we can even FEED them together!!! I can't say ENOUGH about this trainer. NO shock collar/prong collar/choke chain needed. And no excessive use of treats needed. I know. sounds like voodoo or something but IT WORKS. He's pricier than your standard "obedience" training but it's worth it!!! He works with you AND the dog. He comes to you so your dog is being trained in the home environment.
TLDR: BEST. TRAINER. EVER. Worth every penny! YOU WANT THIS TRAINER. TRUST ME.

PermalinkMy two dogs were incessant with their barking. Any time someone would walk by the house, or if a delivery was being made they both would react aggressively and bark without any control. Within the first half hour of our training session with Mike, my two dogs changed their behavior and were easily controllable. It was a true miracle!! We continue to use the techniques learned through Mike and Barkbusters and are thrilled with the results. Our lives have changed immensely! Mike continues to help us and is always only a phone call away.. Don't hesitate, call now! I promise you wont be sorry!

I would like to start out by saying i have had 9 dobermans in my lifetime, most lived to be between 12 and 3 actually to 15 years. I thought i had seen it all. Never needed a trainer. Well our newest puppy challenged us. Our pup extreme high energy, very excitable, and out of control with puppy biting and jumping like a kangaroo. I had to resource to a trainer. No success the first 2 trainers and their methods, so we tried barkbusters. Chris, came to our home, and had immediate success on one command with our puppy, at the time 5 months old. I have to compliment the training methods suggested by Chris and barkbusters because they were successful, and totally humane. But the key as to anything is consistency. I am not going to say we are over the hump just yet since we are approaching 9 months and getting challenged daily with his new teenage doggy interests and challenges, but the overall experience was well worth it, Chris was great, and the best thing??? He is just a text, call or email away forever, and very quick to respond to our ongoing needs if necessary. highly recommend!!

My dog is a totally different dog!!!! He was firm with Bear and my dog responded right away. I am amazed at what bark busters did in one lesson, and this is my second time with a trainer! I took 7 seven lessons with a different Woodstock company, and again after ONE lesson with bark busters, my dog is listening!!!
