After spending 2 1/2 hours with Mark all I can say is that we made an Excellent choice on picking someone to teach us how to train 2 seven month old puppies. The way everything was explained to us and demonstrated was phenomenal. Our puppies responded quite well to the training that we did that day but also left my wife and I with a feeling of confidence that we can train our pups and a level of calm that I surely did not expect. Our dogs responded immediately to some of the techniques shown to us and knowing that Mark is available to us at any point in time is reassuring. We both can't thank Mark enough. His professionalism and demeanor were amazing. EXCELLENT choice for any dog owner in need of training, you won't regret it.

Joshua was very helpful with hands on training and homemade videos we can watch when he is gone. All our issues were addressed + with practice " Harper" will be the best Labrador ever!

After one session with Todd we saw a complete 180 in Orion, our younger pup. He's listening and responding to us so much better. His behavior has been great since meeting Todd. We cannot be happier. Todd is amazing.

Our shelter dog was a 3yo boxer mastiff with zero training when we adopted him. He was mouthy and difficult to walk. We were nervous if he would be the right fit for our son, but we hired Mike and Cassidy and they worked their magic!! Instantly, Mike was able to "master control" of our dog and demonstrated his ability to provide guidance during the training process. It took some months of practice but we've seen a night and day change in our dog. He no longer pulls on the leash. Walks along side us and seeks permission to walk ahead. He's extremely docile. No longer mouthy. Great on a leash. Sleeps at my feet. No longer appears threatening at all. We are BEYOND happy and impressed. Well worth the investment!!

Heather was great. She worked with my rescue and he's so much calmer now. We rescued him a couple of months ago and he had some separation anxiety that made him claw the floor at the front door. He almost made it to the subfloor. Heather worked with him and us and he's so much better ❤️. She's coming back next week to make sure he's all better and more settled. That is some wonderful customer service. I'm so grateful

I reached out to Chris last week and explained the issues I was having with my dog. He quickly responded, was flexible in regard to my schedule and had me on the books for a visit immediately. Shortly after, he provided me with some quick tips to work with my dog in the meantime prior to the first visit itself.
PermalinkUpon visiting, he was on time, professional, and kind. After explaining one issue in particular being aggression towards my twin brother, Chris listened intently to my brothers experiences, made sure to include him in the training and let him know that he is available to him for questions as well.
His knowledge on dogs and training was evident, I immediately knew I was in good hands. He opened my eyes to the differences in how we as people see the world as opposed to dogs. This understanding especially was eye opening and helpful. The training session itself was delivered in a simple, effective way, making it easier to be consistent continuing these methods in the future as an owner.
I can’t say enough positive things about this experience. With this base knowledge to put into practice, and knowing I can reach out to Chris as a resource I am confident I will see the positive changes I am looking for in my dog in the future.

Gusty is beyond amazing in training our little rescue 3-year-old Bichon. We've had her already for five weeks and she is a completely different dog all thanks to Gusty. She is gradually opening up her trust to us and it touches our hearts to the core to see these changes. We are learning patience that definitely pays off. We are so grateful and happy that Universe brought Gusty to our home. Highly recommend - If we could give Gusty ten stars, we would. RK

I had a wonderful experience with my dog Jack! I was really struggling to understand how to make him feel less anxious and provide him with what he needs. Heather came in and patiently helped me understand how to help Jack out. She also taught me how to become a proper leader so Jack could be more relaxed and less anxious.
