Cody was great! We had an initial 2-hour session followed by a one-hour session several weeks later. His training has done wonders for my puppy and me (yes, I received training too)! Cody came to my apartment and we worked with Bucky inside the apartment as well as outside on the leash. Having him come to me was super convenient and also allowed us to work in our normal environment. Cody's training was more of a partnership with Bucky and me than it was a tutorial, and the training tracking list he left me provided an effective roadmap for me to ensure I was reinforcing what we learned after our session. Bucky almost immediately took to the commands and techniques Cody taught us, and it put an end to his aggression toward other dogs, his pulling on the leash when walked, and his rushing to enter and exit doorways. His transformation has been wonderful! I am so glad that I decided to work with Cody while Bucky was still a pup (eight months old) and got things under control. It has made my bond with Bucky even stronger and I am so proud of how he has responded. If you love your dog, getting issues you might have corrected will only help make that love even stronger. I highly recommend Cody and his program!!!

Amber did an incredible of addressing the focus of our concerns with Remi. We were able to specify our personal space and begin walking training with great initial success. We are very pleased with our results.

Sharon is incredible!! She has so much knowledge about dog's behaviors and why they do what they do. We spent 3 hours together this afternoon and my dog is already getting “it”!!!

Just had my initial meeting with Deb and 100% recommend! She explained everything thoroughly and took my questions/concerns seriously while giving me guidance on how to address them. She showed me the techniques and I have seen great response from my girl in such a short time and cannot wait to keep working with her!

Kyle is our guy for Richmond and he has changed our lives! My partner and I got our first dog Poppy-a 6 month puppy from the shelter. Within the first week of having her, she ripped out of her crate while we were both at work and chewed anything she could get her paws on. We did a quick google search and found Bark Busters and signed up that night. We are currently on the 3rd visit and our pup is an angel! Kyle has taught us how to effectively communicate with Poppy which has led to a strong puppy human relationship. I can rest well at night knowing that the only thing she will be chewing on will be the Nylabones we give her. Im so happy I will never have to research and pay for any other dog training services ever again!

Sara was so easy to work with and was very patient with us when trying to "train" us to be effective dog parents. Several of her pointers have worked wonders with our puppy immediately, and other tips are going to take a bit more practice, as we found out after Sara left. It was a very comfortable and pleasant training experience overall and we will not hesitate to contact Sara with any questions or concerns we have during our training journey. Our beloved mini dachshund puppy, Tilly, had been experiencing some separation anxiety as well as significant struggles with toileting. We chose home dog training with Sharon at Bark Busters because of the incredible reviews, and my word she does not disappoint. Within a day we noticed improvements in Tilly's behavior but especially our own. Sharon instructs on how to see things from the animal's perspective, to communicate in the animal's language, especially non-verbal. It is all so fascinating, effective, and efficient. I'm confident that our Tilly will continue to grow and mature into a lifelong family member. We know that we have Sharon's expertise available forever and could not be more grateful or satisfied. Sharon is an absolute expert in this field and a pleasure to work with. 5 stars (6 if possible) and Highly recommend!
