Today was a good training session. Toby and Rocky have improved with the jumping. Robert was very calm & informative. There have been improvements made already.

Sonja was great! She was very personable and made us feel at ease right away as my wife and I had been on edge taking care of a puppy for two weeks, and not knowing if we were doing everything correctly. Sonja went over everything with us. Showed us ways to help Willow behave that we’re not negative or cruel and the best thing of all, she explained the “why” of every action that we would take with Willow. (My wife and I are very analytical so I appreciate knowing the reasons behind actions.) Sonja assured us that we were on the right track and that was solidified even more when we started doing our homework with Willow. Once Willow get a little older, we will be calling Sonja back to work on the next steps of young canine learning and development. Absolutely LOVE that we have a lifetime guarantee of sessions as we know that with Sonja and Bark Busters help, Willow will grow into a very smart, talented, and well-behaved dog. Thank you so much! What a wonderful experience!

We could not be more pleased with the progress Izzy is making. Our second visit was just as insightful as the first. She has improved at least 75% with just two sessions. Michelle is definitely a 'Dog Whisperer'. She really knows how to communicate with dogs in a gentle and kind way and gains their respect at the same time. Couldn't be happier with the method and results.

Great first session with Lilly Bug, we addressed the basics. We focused on potty training, crate training, and socialization. With these three key elements Laura is setup for success with her puppy! We also worked on recall, she really responded well, and we had a lot of fun!

Bark Busters Lake Norman, led by trainers Diane and John, provided exceptional puppy training for our two chocolate labs. Their behavioral approach focused on addressing the root causes of our pups' behavioral issues, without using treats or punishment.

Diane and John were professional and knowledgeable, creating a personalized training plan to achieve our goals. Throughout the training process, they used communication-based methods, teaching our puppies obedience skills through voice tones, body language, and other subtle cues.

Bark Busters' unique approach to training allowed us to build a strong foundation of trust and respect with our puppies, leading to well-behaved and obedient dogs. Josh went over the importance of establishing boundaries with our puppies. We handled barking both at the door, and on our walks. Both of our dogs were compliant so we hope we can successfully complete our homework and continue this positive step in their behavior.

Today's session with Nikkie went great! We addressed all the major issues in and around the home! We also went over the puppy basics and potty training. They responded very well, and Nikkie was very pleased! Now that we have a game plan for success, I am really looking forward to their progress!

Pumkin responded very well to our training techniques and Marcia was pleased to be able to move away from the prong collar! We addressed Bug's leash manners, potty training, and recall! She responded very well during our session! Marcia was happy to have a plan!
