    We had lots of basic needs for Sadie since she's a 1 year old rescue with no training. Jeri was great with helping us with leash manners, personal space, and how she plays with her sister dog. After just two days, we can see the techniques beginning to work. Jeri was great to work with and explained things very well. We're confident if we do our part, it will work. Thanks!

    Omar and Ryanne have exceeded our expectations in every way. They are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. It has been so helpful to have hands on personalized training in our home and in public spaces.

    We’ve only been working with Scott for a little over a month, but the transformation in our dog has been incredible. Before training, our pup was extremely reactive to other dogs, cats, squirrels, bunnies—even some people. Walks were stressful and unpredictable, and we honestly weren’t sure things could change. Scott’s techniques have made a night-and-day difference. He not only gave us the tools to manage our dog’s reactivity, but also taught us how to build calm, consistent habits that stick. Already, we’re seeing huge improvements—what used to trigger an explosion of barking and lunging is now met with much calmer, more controlled behavior. Scott is patient, clear, and encouraging. He really takes the time to explain the “why” behind his methods, which makes it easier for us to follow through and stay consistent at home. It’s obvious he truly cares about both the dogs and their humans, and the results speak for themselves. If you’re struggling with a reactive dog or just want a trainer who brings real results in a supportive way, we cannot recommend Scott highly enough. He’s been a game-changer for us and our dog!

    I cant find a dog trainer I trust or is ACTUALLY effective.” That was me and my girlfriend not too long ago. It felt impossible to find a reliable and experienced dog trainer,
    but mimicking Cesar Millan just wasn’t cutting it, so we had to roll the dice. Our dog Ava has generalized anxiety, but it’s heightened when around other dogs. She sees them and lunges forward out of fear. Despite that, overall she’s an amazing doggo. She’s great with people, loving, energetic, everything you would want in a furry friend. My girlfriend and I were not enjoying walks with her however, due to her lunging and overall intense anxiousness around other dogs. After giving it some thought, we made the decision to put Ava first. After doing some research, we came across Jeff who immediately caught our attention with his extensive background. From the first visit we saw an immediate improvement in setting boundaries with Ava in and outside the house. WE COULDN’T BELIEVE IT. . . She began to see us as the pack leaders. It’s like she had been waiting for us to start speaking HER language and we could sense the relief she was feeling. With constant reinforcement combined with following the plan Jeff advised to the letter, Ava is night and day from what she used to be. Is she perfect? no, but taking it step by step is the key to success. Having someone like Jeff as a life long support system is a blessing. If you’re looking for a dog trainer who is realistic about training while nurturing your progress along the way, Jeff at Bark Busters should be your immediate decision.

    Google Review: "Rachel and Betty Lou are knowledgeable and have a keen insight into dog behavior. I had never used a trainer before to correct bad behavior, but I'm so glad I did. I was afraid the tactics would be cumbersome or cruel. But they're not at all. My dog picked right up on their cues and techniques. Instead of using treats for rewards, which is what I expected, they just use simple praise. They are both patient, kind, and caring animal lovers who can help you understand why your pet is behaving a certain way and offer tips for changing that behavior. It was a lot easier than I thought. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!"

    Luis definitely knows what he is doing. Just had the first session and it was great! Penny is reactive towards men and given that Luis was able to be in her presence without being reactive whilst teaching us was amazing. My family and I are looking forward to rehabilitating Penny with Luis's guidance!

    Photo of Sebastian Jared is amazing! Flexible, knowledgeable, patient and fun too! Our 5 month old Shepherd/Malinois mix is high energy and all teeth at this age. Jared has taught us how to communicate with our pup and what he needs from us. Jared is amazing with this crazy breed, and the dog too! lol

    Photo of Gracie Omar and Ryanne watched our dog, Gracie while my husband and I were on vacation. I knew the moment I met the both of them we would be in great hands. Not so sure Gracie was ready to come home with us. Omar and Ryanne send us texts and videos of Gracie while we were away. We can't thank them enough for the love and care they gave to Gracie!!! Highly recommend Omar and Ryanne. Two wonderful people who love to help and care for your pet.
