We have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy and wanted to be more proactive this time with training and called Bark Busters. Cassidy has been terrific - she came to our house and spent several hours at the first meeting explaining their methodology and teaching the adults how to react to different puppy behaviors. Amazingly, Duncan was listening to her and she taught us to use these same techniques. Cassidy also gave us a better understanding on how to use the crate - which has been life changing with a puppy. Literally from the first day, Cassidy has made a difference in how Duncan is behaving. We have really worked at the training tools she has given us, and it has made a great difference in how comfortable we are with having a puppy. Not only has she taught us what to do, but also what not to do. After the second visit, we are feeling even more confident and happy with how Duncan is progressing and look forward to future visits as Duncan becomes a well behaved member of our household. If we have a question in between appointments, Cassidy is very quick and happy to respond. We are so happy that we made the decision to call Bark Busters and highly recommend bringing Cassidy in to help with a new puppy!

Patrick was AWESOME! He responded quickly, was on time and very professional. We saw immediate results with our year and half year old schnauzer/poodle mix. He gave us great tips to help with mouthing, leash walking, barking at the door, staying, etc. He also gave us information and a chart for us to continue the work at home and scheduled a follow up visit. We are very thankful to have Patrick as the Bark Busters Charlotte trainer!

Kevin is a miracle. He’s so passionate about his job. I was feeling hopeless with my boy but Kevin made a big difference in a first meeting . I have been doing his exercises given by Kevin .Thank you Kevin you’re great . I highly recommend him .

Rob was extremely knowledgeable and gave us all the tools we need to be able to help Sal. We saw a noticeable difference in him and found he is definitely more responsive for unwanted behavior and can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Jodie's expertise has been invaluable! We were seriously contemplating giving our 16 month old Weimaraner back to the breeder or a rescue due to possession aggression and nipping at friends and family. We were at our wits end! This pup is our 2nd Weim and so much has been different with him this time around. We thought he was a problem dog and could not be helped, boy were we wrong! Jodie's customized training has been so effective. We have been dedicated to the work on our end with him and are so glad that she is able to come back as needed. We are a happy family again and can have people over to visit. Thank you Jodie and Bark Busters!!
