We have a 15 month old Golden Retriever named Django, and we can honestly say that Michelle has made a tremendous impact on us, and our lovely dog. We first called Michelle when Django was a few months old, and after a handful of visits, we were able to establish a training routine that worked for us. Michelle diligent and supportive training methods for people work, and I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Michelle, and the Bark Buster system to anyone who wants their dog to behave. She recently came back for a fine-tuning - as we've become a little lax over the past year, and within a minute, we were back into the routine. Highly recommended!!!

Amy helped me with my dog Toby over 7 months ago. Toby is my big, crazy dog who barked, jumped and never came when I called him unless I had the best treat in the world. After he freaked out the UPS man, I knew I had to do something, so I chose Bark Busters after talking to a few trainers and looking into classes. I knew classes would not be enough for all of Toby's issues and I was right. This method is easy. Yeah, I had to learn a lot, but Amy made it simple and helped me with how Toby responds to me. The change was almost as fast as what you see on TV and without editing! If you have a dog you want to make into a dog your friends and even the UPS guy can like, call Amy. This works and it is time and money well spent. And, yeah, I am a guy that does not have lots of either, so I do not say that lightly.

It was like a light bulb clicked on for me as everything started t make perfect sense during the training. Sophie and I both had fun but we also both learned a lot. Bark Busters helped get rid of my frustration and my dog's confusion. I wish we had known about Bark Busters for our last Saint Bernard. It is so exciting to have a well behaved dog and to know how to be her leader.

Our puppy terrier mix "Taz" was living up to his name. Until Bark Busters came over, he was uncontrollable. Now we feel as though we are in control. He still will try to be the leader of our pack (and to test us) but with the training we received, he has learned and continues to learn his place in our home.

Repeated techniques several times to be sure I understood. My dog is already staying on her cushion while I prepare dinner. Phyllis is a delight to work with.

Ken has a very professional and relaxed style. This made it easy for us to be open and honest about our family and our relationship with our dog Josie. He is a good listener and very open to our questions. We were surprised and very happy at the first meeting. This gave us hope that Josie will be a trusted, reliable and friendly member of our family. The communication methods are really very simple and have been easy to immediately put into place. We were/are very pleased with the natural techniques. In hind sight, it seems like common sense. Josie seems happier, too. I have been recommending Bark Busters to friends, family and clients at our vet clinic.

I'm a veterinarian that needed help with my dogs. I have two dogs, a small terrier mix that is about four and a boxer mix that is about 6 years. Over the last few years I had just accepted that my dogs would pull on their leashes, run to the door every time the doorbell rang and he would bark at any noise on the street. Over the past few years my boxer mix has become increasingly aggressive towards other dogs when out on walks.
PermalinkAfter hearing nothing but positive things about Bark Busters, I finally made the decision I wish I made a while ago. I called Bark Busters and Jan Janecki came to the rescue!
The first visit included a lot of information about Bark Busters and their methods (very important to know when you work with a thrapist). Throughout the sessions Jan worked not only with our dogs, but more importantly with us. We realized a lot of things that we were doing wrong. When the sessions were over we were given homework for the week.
After two sessions and lots of homework we noticed huge differences in our dogs! The one that was aggressive towards other dogs will now either sit patiently or just walk by other dogs without any problems. It's great!
I wish I did this a long time ago as we used to go walking all the time until it became stressful. Now we're back to walking and running all the time!!
