I can’t say enough about this training method! You see immediate results because you learn to speak dog! I’ve used Janie for three different rescues plus a son dog that each came with their own unique difficulties. And she has helped me out every single time!

Jared at Bark Busters did an amazing job working with my dog and keeping her prey drive under control. Watching him in action was amazing, he broke her attention away from a squirrel multiple times and was very quick on rewarding her. He explained everything as he did it, so I could work with her whenever the opportunity arrived in the future. This is the most important part with training from my experience, the knowledge to replicate the training so we as pet parents can reinforce it throughout our dogs lives.

This program has been so amazing. I was desperate to find a way to train my dogs that would address their major resource guarding and separation anxiety issues long term. It’s been a month since I started, but the difference in how I am able to communicate with my dogs is incredible.
PermalinkJustine is so knowledgeable in interpreting their behaviors and she has been instrumental in changing the way I am able to give them commands that they listen to—it’s significantly improved the quality of life for both the humans and the pets in the house. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality training!

Explanations of each step, very thorough and easy to understand and repeat. Quick results with the tools used. Reinforcement is important, also learned how to deescalate stressful situations and to calm him down.

I adopted a 3-year old rescue from the Humane Society 7 months ago. She is a sweet and wonderful dog but has some behaviors that need correcting that I haven't been able to do myself. Theresa came today and started teaching me how to effectively train Willow. I have seen an improvement in her in just one lesson and am so excited for what's to come. I highly recommend Theresa.

Calling Bark Busters was the best decision and best investment I could’ve made for my dog. Kevin was patient with her and I and worked with us on how to make the behavioral changes and saw immediate results just after the three hour initial training. Very practical techniques and easy to remember. Kevin worked with her on leash training, preventing jumping on people and so much more. He also gave great advice on all of my questions. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable really does an exceptional job. He far exceeded my expectations.

Scot is a professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable dog trainer. He is also very easy to work with. In just one session he helped me understand the inner working of a dog’s brain so I could understand why my very aggressive dog was acting the way she was. Scot gave me practical tools on how to correct her aggression by using behaviors dogs use in nature-along with some actual tools that do not harm the dog physically or emotionally. He was patient and encouraging as we worked through different situations. He gives you homework and will check in on your progress. I am very excited to have found Scot as he is the only trainer I have seen actual results with! I highly recommend him!
