If there were 6 stars, Ryan would get them! Are you kidding me??? Brilliant in it's simplicity. Super easy to implement. INSTANT (and I mean instant) results. Look, if you're reading this review it's probably because, like me, you did the puppy/dog training class cha-cha with treats, clickers, etc. Sure, that works fine as long as you have treats and clickers but, what happens when you don't? And, like me, you probably went through multiple weeks of group classes only to learn that the results are just okay. In one meeting, he rocked these dogs (and my life) with simple, straight-forward and permanent changes to their behaviors. It costs and it was worth every penny.

Can you speak dog? Not right now but you can learn with Risto's help and it will change the life of you and your dog. Risto came to our home to evaluate our 5 month old Golden Retriever and it was amazing how his methods worked. At first the thought of speaking dog seemed ridiculous, but this in combination with immediate praise works! You have to do your homework for just 15 minutes/day. This way owners and their 4 legged kiddos don't feel overwhelmed and you will soon see progress. Everything from not jumping on guests, constant barking, chewing, staying away from the door and every concern you have is addressed, and best of all no shock collars or punishment. Another plus is that they are there for the lifetime of your dog to assist with any issues. If you are considering training for your pup, give Bark Busters and Risto Deinlein a call so you can speak dog too!

My puppy, Max, is an active, precocious Chihuahua. He displays the normal puppy behaviors so Sarah is teaching us what is appropriate puppy behavior and what is not and how to get him to listen. The BarkBusters method is simple, fun and effective. Within a short time, Max was house broken, walking nicely on a lead, rested happily in his crate and enjoyed playing with his designated toys, not the furniture. Sarah has great suggestions and tips that have enhanced Max’s health and maturity! And it’s a continuous and evolving g process. I could not have made a better choice in a trainer and training method! It's also nice to know Sarak always answers my texts and phone calls.T

Manny would be a disaster without Damon! He is a totally different dog after our 1st lesson thanks to Bark Busters and Damon. Damon taught me how to be the leader of the pack since Manny was ruling the roost. What I like is there are no harsh methods -- all dog friendly! And no short term treat training. Manny even walks well on the leash now without chasing other dogs or squirrels. I love knowing Damon is just a phone call way and has my back.

Linda came to help us with our rescue pup Lilly. She would continuously bark at guests since we brought her home 2 years ago. We tried other trainers and other behavior management methods but nothing was working. Thanks goodness for Linda! She saw through Lilly's aggression to the sensitive, sweet dog that has some confidence issues. We are now leading the pack. The results were immediate after our first lesson. We are so excited we found Linda ... and so is Lilly!

Jim is a great trainer. Burt was a misbehaving, loveable mess and Jim was able to get us both under control with out treats and only using dog friendly methods. I was doing just about everything wrong -- Jim's methods are very intuitive and Burt responded right away -- I mean right away! I wish I hadn't waited so long. Call Jim if you are having ANY issues with your dog!

I was originally worried that Mandy was too young to be tried at 6 months -- I was so wrong! Come to find out that was the perfect age -- before the bad habits start. Carol is PHENOMENAL! Carol offered great training advice for bother Mandy and I.
PermalinkWhen I started looking at trainers I was nervous thinking that Mandy would love us less because we started instilling boundaries but what Mandy taught us was to communicate with Mandy. Not punish but to communicate with her like her dog parents would. Totally dog friendly and even Mandy is grateful because now she understands what we want.

Michael is awesome! After our first session with our rescue dog Stormi we're already noticing dramatic improvements. Stormi has become more calm on the leash and less aggressive towards other animals. He no longer jumps all over visitors at the door and actually sits quietly when the doorbell rings. Don't hesitate ... ca;; Michael today.

Jeff was awesome! He really know dogs and you can tell he loves what he does. He is available whenever you need him. I've hired other dog trainers that you can just tell, aren't passionate and don't return calls/texts or care that much about you and your dog. Jeff truly cares and after the first lesson, I could see a MAJOR change in my dog JoJo. No more leash pulling and no more barking. It's a Xmas miracle!
