We are so thankful for Bark Busters Mid MD!

When we first called Bark Busters, we were at the end of our rope with our Bluetick Coonhound rescue. He had a lot of things to work on. We saw a real change in our dog’s behavior and responsiveness to us after the first training session alone! Ben is always open and honest with us and for that, we do really trust him. Ben equipped us with the skills to continue to train our dog on our own, but has continue to be available to talk and give advice as necessary. We have made tremendous progress and after 3 lessons together are just amazed.

    Thank you Ben and Kelly

I had an amazingly informative session with Ben Miller! I was super surprised that my dogs were taking to the training so quickly. Ben was extremely personable, explained things very clearly, demonstrated things as many times as I needed them and even gave me tips on things that were not involved in actual training. It is very apparent that this company adores animals and knows what they are doing. The hardest part with all of this is going to be staying consistent with the training, I have a very busy schedule, however I am confident that the materials and instruction given to me will help with my dogs and their behavior. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

My dog is very reactive and gets startled at any little noise in my house, especially with the mail man or anyone coming near the door. She also gets triggered by certain people and other dogs outside on walks. Dalila taught me so much about my dog, most importantly, how to read her body language and get her attention when she gets distracted. Training has definitely been a work in progress but I now feel a lot better handling her indoors and more equipped to deal with stressful situations outdoors. Thank you Dalila!!!

Shannon really was stressed about her new dog Pretzel! She has just rescued him and did not know where to start. We addressed his separation anxiety and also started to build his confidence around sounds, objects and men! I am really looking forward to his progress over the coming months.

Photo of Kona 2 days ago my 6 month old Australian labradoodle was like a bull in a China shop.

3 hours with Dan and he has gone from sassy to sweet.

After one session Kona does not run to the door barking ready to greet my latest Amazon package. In one session and my 15 minutes of homework a day, he hears the doorbell he sits away from the door at a place designated for him and waits for me to come at my voice. It's pretty darn amazing.

Photo of Theo We worked on claiming space and I saw a remarkable difference in Theo's behavior using the techniques provided. Rob used common sense approaches and calm words but taught us to be in control of our space and dog. Looking forward to more progress.

You guys were great students. Theo is actually a sweet pup and his aggression is based in fear so I know he will get better with you guys establishing those new rules & boundaries. I was happy to see how well he did.

I enjoyed meeting Sasha and Sadie today; both are very smart and responded well! We addressed their overall behavior, but also addressed Sasha's barking and leash manners. Kim was very pleased with the tools she was given and the response in her dogs!
