Trainer Note:
Rachel moved and her roommate has a couple Cats in the home and Isla has been really struggling seeing them. Today we taught her to relax with the cats being around and she responded very well. We also addressed her leash pulling and basic obedience.

Learned that our dogs have trained us, and we need to take back control. Josh is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good tools.

Trainer Note:
Jeff and Katie picked up on our training techniques really quickly. Harvey and Stella have separation anxiety and today we showed them there is no need to worry about mom or dad. We addressed their barking as well in and out of the home. With Jeff and Katie being consistent they will continue to improve.

We’re so pleased with the knowledge we gained from our first 2 hr. session. We were introducing a younger dog to an older dog who will be living in the same home. The older dog was not happy and we didn’t know how to deal with the situation. The dogs are making progress in acclimating to the new changes. We gained confidence and our dogs were very responsive to the training that Ruth provided.

The training that Michelle provided for my puppy Charlie (and for me) was phenomenal. Brother Charles struggles with separation anxiety, wherein he continually barks if he is separated from me by a door. He also tends to jump up on me and others. I learned from Michelle how to "growl" and clap in order to correct these behaviors. I was in awe over seeing how responsive Charlie was to Michelle's first attempt to do this. Although we still have much more work to do, Charlie is now more calm and has a greater capacity to wait for me outside a closed door. It gives me much hope that Br. Charles has the capacity for obedience in him!

My overall assessment is excellent! They helped me mostly by giving me an outside view as to what I can do better with Lexus. It's crazy now that I look back on the care of my dog and see what is now obvious. Thanks for setting us straight!

Trainer Note:
We addressed Snoopys and Charlie aggression with new people in the home. Melissa is now taking charge of the home and her pups are a lot more relax now that mom is leading them. Today was the first day she had someone new in the home and the dogs were CALM! She was very pleased with our results today!

Goldie is an amazing pup that has been struggling to adjust to her new forever home. Today we worked through some basics and in home manners. She responded very well and picked up quick! Nancy really like that our training techniques were easy and direct! They now have the tools to be consistent till our next session! I am really looking forward to her progress over the coming months!
