Absolutely loved Jessica! Her calm presence was amazing and her training method is invaluable. It’s easy enough to learn - it’s more intuitive and made complete sense to me. ...Anthony and Jessica were extremely responsive, educational, and flexible. They made sure to understand each of our concerns so they could address them as a whole. Not only were our dogs trained, but we were trained to understand how to truly be the leaders they needed in the house and beyond. After a few weeks of training, the dogs now completely accept the baby as not their responsibility, and are even trustworthy enough to be completely relaxed around him. They’re also much better on walks and the aggression is improving dramatically around other dogs.

Bark Buster's training has significantly improved my dog's reactivity and obedience and I can't recommend them enough!

I came to Bark Busters after my dog tried to attack another dog and I couldn't let that happen again. He started off being aggressive to every dog we walked past and being really difficult to walk in general, but after a year with Jessica and Anthony he's made an immense amount of progress! He can now walk past dogs with little reactivity and his reactions can be corrected. A few months ago he was brutally attacked by another dog and I was so scared we were going to lose all the progress made, but we were back on track in about a month and still making progress. His impulse control is considerably, noticeably better

I too was shocked by the cost for the training at first, but trust me it's worth it! If you're trying to combat difficult and problematic behavior like separation anxiety, aggression/reactivity, destructive behavior, etc, this is where Bark Buster really shines. YouTube is pretty good for learning "sit" or "shake", but you really need more professional help (or two in this case) for curbing serious issues. It's also really great that their lessons are for the life of your pet, instead of class packages that may not be long enough for your dog to learn everything. Jessica and/or Anthony also come to you and train y'all in in-situ conditions instead of having to go to a facility, which is very helpful for retaining the lessons.

Like with everything else, you get what you put in with dog training. I take the training really seriously and practice our "homework assignments" every day so he can be the best dog he can be, become Canine Good Citizen certified, and have him get into dog agility sports. If you're wanting to really train your dog to be the best they can be, Bark Buster's is the place to go to.

Here's my story: I have a puppy GSD who's shockingly lazy, but his shepherdation (separation) anxiety was really out of control to the point where he could break out of his crate AND open my front door.

I would describe myself as highly dog knowledgable so I am VERY particular about the methods used by trainers. To each their own, but e-collars, prongs, etc are band-aids (or worseners) for most problems since most dog-owners don't really understand the timing/utility of these tools enough to ween off of them at any point. If your dog is a 100/10 lunatic, then I guess I get it :|

Anywho, I was honestly shocked to learn they don't even rely on clickers or treats, just straight up dog behavior and psychology, yet have the reviews they have.

Here's my summary. I am only 2 days post training, have received a comprehensive training plan with new crate recs, have gotten 5-7 minutes of a CALM dog in his crate once I've left (a miracle), and did nothing but learn to amend MY body languages and sounds.

Bonus that Anthony was an absolute delight to work with.

Very happy with the outcome of this training. Bark Busters approach is very unique and simple and has given us a way of communicating to our dog that she actually understands. Since our first two meetings with Anthony & Jessica, we have seen major improvement in our dogs obedience and our ability to snap her out of the “red zone”. After our first visit with Anthony we have learned some new methods with our dog. Some which I believe will be of excellent use if we continue to follow through with them. We knew we were inviting chaos when we went from one dog (Manu) to three dogs.
Our rescue pup, Pepper, had some bad habits after life on the streets. We knew we had a lot of trauma to unpack with her. We inherited another pup, Peaches, from a family that needed to re-home her due to life changes. Peaches already had some training, but was started to have troubling behavior when she realized she's the biggest of the three.
But after just TWO weeks using Bark Busters methods with Lori, they all had made so much progress! Pepper is already more relaxed, easy going, and learning that walking on a leash doesn't have to be a struggle. Peaches is learning that the humans are in charge, she only needs to worry about being cute. Which means she isn't snapping at the others.
Manu is just happier that the younger two girls aren't pestering him as much.

The very first exercise laid the ground work for everything that followed and the transformation was, and has been phenomenal. We’ve spent thousands of dollars on training over the last five years on our precious Darby to no avail - she just isn’t treat motivated. And that’s the point, she wasn’t looking for a treat, she wanted a pack leader. After the first session she now walks on a loose leash for the first time ever. I can’t tell you what a relief that is. Instead of a “fur baby” we have a more balanced pet, which is as it should be. We’ll continue to reinforce the method and give a more thorough review later, but if this behavior continues it will be worth every penny. Thank you Lori - you were awesome!

5 month update!
I can’t begin to relate how much improvement and progress we have seen in Darby since the first day Lori worked with her. It was such a relief to have a more responsive pet - one that would actually listen and react to our needs. But as we settled into the Bark Buster method we felt additional instruction was warranted to continue the improvement. Lori was very responsive and through that effort we were able to take Darby to the next level. To say I was skeptical of what Lori said we could achieve is a major understatement, but we did. I still can’t believe it. Darby has been the most challenging pet we have ever had, but also the most endearing. The training has resulted in an even more loyal and loving relationship and for that we are eternally grateful.

Lori is an amazing trainer. We saw immediate results after our first lesson. Our dogs stopped their constant barking and no longer pull when we walk. We are all much happier!

A few short weeks ago, our 4 dogs (yes 4, it’s a long story) were completely out of control. I couldn’t walk in my front door without being jumped on and scratched from ankle to hip. They barked uncontrollably at every knock and doorbell ring (including the perceived ring of Uber Eats commercials that were clearly contrived by cat owners). They rushed the door, crowded us when we sat down to dinner, the list goes on. All the “bad” dog behavior you can think of, they did it. And most critically, they began to fight. When we added the 4th dog to our long time pack of 3, chaos ensued as they attempted to figure out the pecking order. The newest (and youngest) addition began to challenge the alpha matriarch. We knew we had to make a change when one was seriously injured (don’t worry dear readers, she is happy and healthy now). We were consumed by guilt. How could we, experienced and long time dog owners, have failed so miserably? First, we reached out to a local trainer recommended by our vet. Much to our shock, before conducting any training or assessments, they told us rehoming was the only option. Devastated, we sought a second opinion and found Lori online. And let me tell you, this woman is an answer to our prayers. After the first training session, we felt empowered to restore harmony in our home by taking command of our pack. The “bahh” (you’ll know when you know) took some getting used to, but by the end of the session we saw massive behavior improvement that has only continued each day with consistent (and frankly easy) training. Lori taught us how to “speak dog” and be the leaders of our pack. Not only are we happier, but our dogs are clearly happier too. They look to us for direction instead of fighting amongst themselves. And our most perfect alpha matriarch (who is a tripod by the way) is finally at ease without the pressure of keeping everyone in line. Lori changed our lives and never once made us feel like bad dog owners. You won’t regret the decision to welcome her into your home.

I cannot say enough about Lori and Bark Busters! My 8 yr old mini-schnauzer George is a new “man”. George’s issues: he always been very insecure, which turned into being VERY reactionary with other dogs and started to aggressively protect me even with family and friends he knew well. In the past, I’ve taken George to highly recommended trainers, classes, drop off training, walked at “off” hours to avoid others, we’ve done behavior treats, behavior deterrents etc. 
One 3 hour session with Lori- he hasn’t barked once at another dog or neighbor on our walks. I have his attention without treats, without punishment, without raising my voice. The Bark Busters method works. What I LOVE is the maintenance or reinforcement occurs all day long during our normal routine. I am not setting aside time to “train” him. We do it all day long. This is the first time in all my years of being with George, I’ve felt hopeful that I have found the solution. Thank you Lori!!

Lori with Bark Busters changed our life with helping us be better dog owners! Our love-able Mishka, came to us with some separation anxiety, poor leash skills, and aggressive/protective tendencies with other dogs. Now, as Lori can attest, she's done a complete 180. Lori is amazing! I got my first rescue dog & he had major anxiety and was so scared of men. It was obvious he had been abused, I had never owned a dog like that. He was so sweet to me & my daughter, but anyone else or other animals he would act like a ferocious beast. Anytime I had company he would literally bark non stop. Lori was absolutely AMAZING. I have 2 dogs that were fighting multiple times a day that resulted in me getting severely injured. I had tried everything and she was my last hope. I was petrified I would have to give one of my dogs away. Lori spent 3 hours with me and my dogs and when she left I couldn't believe how they different they were. We started working with Lori about one month ago and have already seen incredible changes in our dog, Eddie! He is a 6 year old chihuahua mix with separation anxiety issues and aggression towards new people. Such an eye opening experience!!!!! My dog Blanca was very reactive when she saw other dogs and people. Barking, lunging, growling, crying. It was a huge discouraging and embarrassing display that forced me to schedule walks early mornings and late night when I was least likely to run into other dogs/people. Even then, I would come home feeling defeated by her reactions. I was on the verge of giving up on being able to happily walk her. Within minutes of my first visit with Lori, she taught me how to communicate with Blanca in a way that commanded an immediate response. Not only did I gain confidence in taking lead with Blanca both at home and during walks, but she is learning to check in with me. Our walks are no longer timed, and I enjoy taking her out.
