We would highly recommend Sharon and Bark Busters. We were having trouble with our pup especially with personal space, general obedience, no recall, fear of people, and barking at everything. We have had many dogs before but this one is a handful. When Sharon came, it was remarkable how quickly our dog responded. She showed us simple, effective exercises and clearly explained what we needed to do to get our dog where we wanted her to be. It was also great to have a training method that is friendly and not treat-driven. Looking back, it’s surprising how far off we were in using the right approach, but with Sharon’s guidance, we’ve seen a dramatic improvement in our dog.

Wow, wow, wow!" I've used at least four other dog trainers over the past three years for my 75-pound lab, rottweiler, hound mix. It was not until I met Sharon with Bark Busters that I finally learned how to curb his fear & reactivity to strange dogs and people. Sharon has helped me immensely in learning how to desensitize him and begin safely socializing him. He is now having fun with other dogs! It's such a relief to see him becoming less concerned about strangers too. It's phenomenal! He's feeling better and safer in public, at home, and on his walks! This was accomplished without any treats & no e-collars (shock collars ) or any harsh methods. We even immediately put away the prong collar he had used his whole life. Sharon comes to you and meets you in real settings like on walks, in your home, yard, and in public. For a better understanding of your dog and to learn how to think like your dog and improve his behaviors, I highly recommend Sharon and Bark Busters in Pinellas County!

Sharon from Bark Busters came to my home today for 3 hours and left me with a new dog! My little boy Chip was having difficulty resource guarding issues and not very friendly to our boy dog in the home. By the time Sharon from BB left, I had a pup who looked at me differently and definitely acted different. It was great! I realize I have to keep up with the exercises, but I feel better about my future with Chip and I know he is feeling more confident and comfortable. Thank you so much!

We learned multiple ways to communicate with our dog on his terms, allowing us to properly communicate when he shouldn't do certain things. We learned many exercises to help use communication to implement long term positive change.
