I was reluctant at first because of the price of Bark Busters. Jean assured us if we are really going to work with Ruby Rose then this program will definitely work. Well it works! Within a couple of days Ruby was following directions. We continued to work the program and Ruby Rose can stay! She was getting very aggressive so we needed to do something immediately. We are so thankful for Jean. Also, we like to know that the program is guaranteed for life. We feel that we can recommend Jean and Bark Busters fully. Permalink

Jean's professional skills and her calm, patient demeaner -- as well as the Bark Busters techniques -- worked wonders for our little Gideon! As a 4-year-old rescue with no prior training, we were prepared for it to take a very long time before Gideon understood how we wanted him to behave. But literally, after only a few days, he was responding to our commands and obviously seeing us as the alpha dogs in his pack. My husband and I are very pleased! We know Gideon is a smart little guy -- but Jean really deserves most of the credit -- thank you, Jean! Permalink

We went to the park this morning and as we started down the alley she started her whining….one BUH (mine sounds more like BUH than BAH) and she stopped. She started a little bit again later in the trip, again I said BUH and she stopped!!! Oh man is that wonderful!! She was always so animated and the shrill tone of her whining was awful, and today we made the trip in silence!! She also was barking at a person and I used it, she stopped immediately and came to me for affection. WOW. Just WOW!! Permalink

Jean was absolutely fantastic in training my boyfriend and I on how to better communicate with our 1 year old frenchie. I’ve been to other training classes that were fine, but I feel that Jean’s method was so much more effective with our dog. She teaches how to communicate with your dog in a way that they understand (how to speak dog). We saw immediate results just after a couple of hours of working with her. Now that we have the proper tools to work with our dog, we are so excited to see her potential. Thank you Jean! Highly recommend! Permalink

Jean was an outstanding trainer. She helped us with a Zoom meeting which went so smoothly . Some Zoom meetings can be tough to negotiate. She was wonderful with our dogs and modeling for us. Our dogs loved her right away. Their behavior change was remarkable and immediate .We would highly recommend Jean. She was simply the best! Permalink

Blue is a rescue I got just over two weeks ago who had been living in a single bedroom for 2 years and had never been outside before. I knew he was gonna need a lot of work. I wasn't sure how much progress to expect through a virtual lesson, but Jean somehow helped us progress SO MUCH in just one lesson! It was very clear that she knew what she was talking about and answered all my questions. She helped me develop a strong base to give Blue the training he needs and in a very nice and professional manner! Permalink

Scot and I are so grateful for the time you have provided and the care you have shown toward Murphy, Charlie, and us. We also greatly appreciate your willingness to meet us virtually to help us learn how to train our dogs. This was such an excellent solution to not being able to meet in person at this time. We are so happy that we did not have to wait for you to help us with training. With our tablet, we were able to clearly see and hear you while you were able to see and hear us. You gave us great feedback as we did the exercises you described. The other great thing about this method is it allowed Murphy and Charlie to remain focused on us throughout each exercise! We are so amazed at how happy and calm the house already is! In just a couple weeks, you have helped us communicate so much more effectively with Murphy and Charlie. Already, in this short time, Murphy went from being a very anxious dog who barked uncontrollably to now having a much better understanding that he is not the boss or the protector, so he can just relax and enjoy being a sweet pet. We are so thrilled with the difference you have made in the lives of our dogs and our whole household. We are excited to continue working with you and learning how to be better dog parents and continue to have a home that is a calm and safe place for our sweet boys.
