Paul is an excellent trainer. You can tell immediately that he is a dog lover and extremely knowledgeable on dog behavior. He explained to my husband and myself different techniques to train Ronald, my 58 lb pitbull in the behaviors we were trying to correct. Within the first half hour Ronald was responding. It’s now 3 weeks since the initial training session and Ronald is still doing great with some reminders of course. If you are in need of a trainer give Paul a call. You won’t be sorry. Permalink

I got a rescue dog who barked and snapped at everyone, every dog, every car, every leaf, every breeze... You get the picture. I was desperate for some help and Jerry with BarkBusters came to my rescue! He told me that after the first lesson (3 hours) that I would see an immediate improvement. As improbable as that may seem, that was the case! By using the techniques he taught me, my dog was amazingly better that same day. No hitting or shock collars or prong collars. Only humane training. Luna has issues walking on leash and reactivity to other dogs. There was a noticeable difference before the leash phase of training. Her demeanor changed with in the first hour of training for the better. The front door work is going to cut out so many headaches. Permalink

Theresa was awesome, within the first session we already saw a huge change in the dogs. Her initial meeting with us was very informative and she broke down everything, while answering the numerous questions we had. We’ve been doing the training for just over 2 weeks now, and the 20 minutes a day is incredibly reasonable, we have three kids, one is newborn and I’m at work all time but we can still fit it in. Our dogs have made huge strides with what she taught us and I would recommend her to anyone in the Columbus/Auburn area that needs to train a family dog! Permalink

Andy has been everything you could hope for in a dog trainer. Knowledgeable, attentive, generous with his time, and results-driven while articulating techniques in a way that both you and your dog can understand. He understands the psychology behind why a dog behaves in a certain way and is able to train you as the leader on how to overcome those issues. My dog is a rescue that has anxiety related to interacting with other dogs. Andy's guidance has provided measured improvement when I didn't think that was possible after my previous underwhelming training experiences. I have already referred Andy to my family. They had a completely different set of challenges with their puppy, but have now experienced similar success after working with him. For any issues you may be having with your dog - young or old, aggression or house-training - I can't recommend Andy's services highly enough! Permalink

My dog Shiloh had a barking and aggressiveness problem that was out of control. Barking at every noise, aggressiveness at all strangers. After five minutes with Shiloh the barking stopped, and still has. The aggressiveness I still need to test but should work with the same technique. Amazing! Permalink
