For anyone with a new dog or a dog that needs some training (without treats) Bark Busters Home Dog Training Boston North is DEFINITELY the people you need! I did not believe you could train a dog without treats until Randy came to our home for the initial training. My Riley had the basic training in the past, but we were still having a lot of issues (and barking) that made it unbearable when we had guests over and she was a very reactive dog while on her walks. I am telling you right now! It's been less than a week and I can already see a HUGE improvement! My Riley is a completely different dog! She listens, is patient and less reactive! She's still her lovable self! I have learned that she LOVES training...she thrives off of it! And in return she's more confident! I can't say enough good things about Bark Busters! The best ? you'll ever spend! Thank you Randy!

I have two dobermans ages 3 1/2. I needed to learn how to be the leader of this pack. The skills Sharon taught me were/are very effective with my boys. In addition, we worked on their backyard behavior. In the first session she had my boys greeting the neighbors dog with out aggression. Sharon knows dogs and is very patient when teaching her clients. This was well worth the investment. I am so happy I made the appointment. I would definitely recommend her services. Thank you Sharon.

Our Australian Shepherd was just shy of one year. We were experiencing multiple behavioral issues with him. Our vet recommended Bark Busters to us. I made the call and set up our first appointment. Maxine came to our home. She is so experienced and knowledgeable. In just a few lessons, we were starting to see results. We can't wait to see what the future lessons bring. We are so pleased with Maxine and the service she provides. We highly recommend Bark Busters.

Ben is so amazing with explaining everything and the Bark Busters methods work wonders! Everything exceeded my expectations and the training tools are so easy and intuitive. You aren't just given the tools, but the reasoning behind it which really made perfect sense of everything. We saw an immediate response from our pup and I could not be happier. Highly recommend!

Holly saved my dog’s life. He is an 11 year old tripod with epilepsy and extreme anxiety and we thought it would be impossible to blend him into a family with two large untrained boundary-pushing dogs. Within ONE HOUR of learning from Holly and all 5 of us (3 dogs and 2 humans) could relax for the first time in what feels like forever. The support she gave and the lessons we learned have given us more than we could thank her for. I never thought the harmony in our home was possible and now it’s like they’ve been waiting for each other their whole lives. Thank you will never be enough, Holly. I get more time with my soul pup and trust back with Maverick and Belle.

Gusty us AMAZING!!!!! We saw great results after just 1 session and learn tons with each followup. If you keep up with her lessons you should see great behavioral improvement and management. Our dog was already amazing, but Gusty helped with the transition of our older rehomed puppy to our family.
PermalinkSomething to note about the Bark Busters philosophy- it uses positive reinforcement with solid results...and also acknowledges that your dog is still going to be your dog. Their personality is their personality... so they teach you how to work with the dog that you have instead of the dog that you think you should have.

Ryan the best dog trainer I have ever worked with for my dog! I adopted my dog from a shelter and she end up being dog reactive. With the help of Ryan my dog is now able to run around with other dogs with no issues. I highly recommend Ryan if you are in the Colorado Springs area!!

Very pleased with the initial session with Omar. Immediate results and proven to be effective so far. Lots of work ahead for us, but I am optimistic and confident we will be able to train our dog and speak his language. It’s an exciting and eye opening process.
