Nathan is dare we say a dog whisperer, people whisperer and magician all in one. This was our first experience working with an in home trainer. We were skeptical I have to admit. In just one visit, we knew we made the right decision. Our dog immediately responded to what Nathan taught him and us within just the first lesson. We are beyond grateful. I’ll also add we called a few other training companies to compare the offerings and Nathan/Bark Busters is by far the best choice.

Photo of Jack and Charlie Only one lesson in and we are very confident this is the BEST money we ever spent! John and Diane are delightful, kind, and incredibly talent at what they do! Our two Goldendoodles are noticeably better-I can't wait to see what else John and Diane can teach us!

Update: Proof that time and diligence utilizing Keith's training techniques works!! Our dog is living happily and peacefully with our kitties! She has evolved into such a happy, confident pup, and she doesn't even mind being used as a cat bed! We are so grateful for Keith and recommend him to everyone we meet who have dogs in need of training.

Keith is an amazing trainer! We had Keith help us with our new rescue that we adopted from a pretty rough shelter. Focus and acclimating her with our family cats were our main goals. Well, less than 24 hours after our first session, our girl is showing amazing progress. Keith has a calm, reassuring demeanor that really puts the dog at ease. He is also very good at communicating with us pet parents, giving us all the tools to make the training achievable and results stick. Our girl came out of her crate this morning and walked through the house focused on her dad, and not her kitty siblings. She is more relaxed on the leash and immediately responsive to commands. When we do need to use correction, she responds immediately and positively, showing that the training is helping to build her confidence within our family. We are beyond pleased with the results of our first session, and beyond grateful to Keith for his guidance. Can't wait to have him back to see her progress!

Photo of Noah, Simon & Charlie Standing like a soldier teaching our dogs boundaries works. Walking with Noah (120 lbs) is easier. He use to go into attack mode with strangers and other dogs.

Photo of Holly Michelle helped us to take charge of an alpha diva dog. The tools and skills that she gave us have made a huge difference in our family. Our dog is more relaxed and we are in charge. I highly recommend Michelle. The tools she gives you will work if you are willing to commit the time it takes to program your dog.

We saw immediate change in his behavior. One main goal was to be able to take him on walks. We both successfully walked him and were able to give correction.

After trying numerous training programs and methods with varying degrees of success, we decided to invest in Bark Busters and could not be happier with the results. At our very first home visit, Dalila gave us tools and guidance to help stop of our puppy's bad behaviors and encourage positive ones. The results were immediate and we're on our way to happier, calmer pup -- and the ability to eat dinner without her begging for scraps! Thank you, Dalila. You've made such a difference in how we care for our dog!

We recently rescued a 1.5 year old Border Terrier from the Oakland SPCA. While we have had pets for years we have never engaged in any formal training. This time we decided to give it a try. My wife looked online and found Dan Lan Franco from Bark Busters. We liked his stated philosophy and certainly the reviews that he has received. That said, after the first session (2.5 hours) we were impressed with Dan, his delivery, the information we received and our hands-on training. We were amazed at how our dog, Perry, interacted with him and behaved. He left us with basic homework to do each day for 10-15 minutes, which we have done. We had another session 2 weeks later to check in and report that Perry was doing quite well and he continues to do so. Needless to say, we are thrilled with Dan and his methods, and we look forward to continued success!
