Photo of Cooper I found Bark Busters on line.
I called on a Friday and I had an appointment on the following Monday.
Josh came in and observed my two dogs. Cooper,10 years old and Micah, 9 months old.
I truly thought that Cooper was the perfect dog but soon recognized that he was the instigator of much of the bad behavior.
I feel like I have some great tools and mindset to work with my furry babies to make things less chaotic around our busy home.
Never will I say,"you can't teach a dog new tricks!"
Thank you Josh and Bark Busters. I will definitely refer you to my friends!!

    Trainer Note:
Shelby is an amazing pup she is new to the pack and family. She has separation anxiety but is learning to overcome it now with Brian showing great leadership in the home. We also addressed all the puppy basics and she responded great! Cooper and Bently have been reactive to the doorbell and noises today was the first time they didn't react.

Photo of Gizmo Sharon is a true miracle worker. Gizmo was very leash aggressive prior to training, but after the first lesson, I could see a HUGE improvement. Sharon knows her stuff, and does everything possible to ensure that you and your pet(s) are cohabitating in a peaceful, loving home. After lesson #2 both Gizmo and his much smaller sibling understand basic commands, can stay with just a hand gesture (most of the time) and his barking has subsided. In addition, Gizmo and Charlie were both very anxious around strangers taking sometimes over an hour to warm up enough they would no longer bark or growl. VERY Happy to report that now- if someone they don't know enters my home I have tricks and tips to keep their anxiety down and within minute (NOT HOURS) they are sitting at my feet looking for further instruction. Can not believe I didn't make this choice sooner! Sharon- Thank you from the bottom of my human heart, and the depths of Gizmo and Charlie's hearts.. we are forever grateful and tell EVERYONE we know about Bark Busters and Sharon Kondash! ~Much admiration and respect, Lisa, Gizmo and Charlie! :)

    Trainer Note:
They were so scared and protective which is a very common problem that is very resolvable as you know. Thanks for letting me help you resolve their behavior issues! Dogs always do what they think they should do. I’m glad they don’t think they need to be afraid and protective anymore!
You’re a great dog parent to find and use our help!!!

Photo of Milo We have a puppy and his name is Milo. When he was about 9 months old we starting using Bark Busters to help train us on how best to work with him. Jef is our trainer and he is very knowledgeable and patient. I was amazed at how quickly Milo responded to Jef's training. It is all positive and I have to say it works. Our little guy still has a puppy brain and we need to continue to work with him to be the best behaved dog we know he can be. Through Jef's instruction we have much better control of Milo when we go on walks and also when people come to the house. We are working on getting him to not bark at the door or jump on our guest. We are also currently working on separation anxiety and getting Milo to be more independent and not be our "shadow". We have a monthly training schedule and also meet with Jef once a month to check on Milo's progress. The best part of signing up with Bark Busters is they are committed for the life of the dog. As Milo gets older and has different behavioral concerns we will be prepared to work on those with Jef and Bark Busters on our side! Thanks Jef, we are glad you are on team Milo!

Thank you Tom! Teaching you guys to train Milo has been a pleasure. Milo is a sweet and bright little pup. I'm looking forward to watching him grow into his best behaved little self.

A+!!! Bark Busters is amazing. Even by the end of our first session, we saw results and felt empowered, and confident that we WERE going to have a well-behaved canine member of our family. We literally went from feeling hopeless about our current situations to feeling excited about our future with our dog. It’s a game-changer, people!!! Much thanks and genuine gratitude for the help from Michael with Bark Busters.

Photo of Finn The underlying behavior and approach make sense once explained. The results were immediate and eye opening. Jumping, nipping and leash pulling stopped. Personal space is now respected.
