What an amazing experience! We started with potty training issues, jumping and crawling all over guests, jumping on furniture, little or no door control, not responding when called and howling issues when crated. After the first consult, these wicked awesome ladies provided working examples for everything. They demonstrated proper pack leadership, walked us through exercises and provided feedback so that training could have the greatest impact. They took videos of the initial visit and provided them for us as a resource to help us should we have questions or simply need a refresher. They left us with a list of homework for the most important issues. Improvements to Albie’s (Albus Dumbledore) behaviors were immediate and MAGICAL! We are so grateful that we called these ladies! We’ve gone from naughty criminal to magical creature. It’s a charmed life we lead now with this sweet boy! Thanks Betty Lou and Rachel! Job well done!!

Oh my gosh I cannot thank this program and trainer Scott enough. I have done some treat based training when my Beverly was a pup to get a few of the basics down. She has a traumatic past from being attacked by dogs off leash 3 different times and ended up becoming super protective of me and would puff up angrily if people walked past or knocked on the door. We have moved around a lot and I'm just so happy that there's a way to train without treats or shock collars.
PermalinkHonestly the hardest part right now is consistency and timing. But even after this weekend with Scott coming by, I am amazed at the changes I am seeing in Beverly (who is a mixed breed rescue)
She's finally relaxing around our apartment and I love it so much! Definitely will recommend to anyone I know that struggles to train their dogs.

I am absolutely amazed with all I learned from Michelle. Lucky is much calmer and relaxed. The training is simple but you must be consistent. She is like a different dog after one day. She is a much happier and content dog now that I am the leader. I honestly can’t believe how quickly she is taking direction. I’m sorry I waited 4 years to finally train her. I highly recommend Bark Busters and Michelle!

Theresa Nichols has gone over and above anything that a trainer should be expected to do. Bibi has an intense fear and obsession about getting in any moving vehicle. She is only 18 months old, but is over 100 lbs and has learned that she can break away from anyone attempting to get her in a vehicle. After two sessions this became obvious to Theresa who took over and saw that BiBi was encouraged to jump into the car with lots of firm commands, and then love and praise. It is a start and more than we ever expected. We will continue to practice and hopefully with Theresa's help, encouragement and direction we will turn Bibi's obsession into a pleasure. I could not recommend Theresa's more. She is committed to the animal and it's well being as well as being a well mannered member of the family. Thank you, thank you Theresa!!

Jeri was wonderful she she addressed all of our problems and clearly explained how to try to fix them and made us understand better my dogs were best friends and one day out of the blue started fighting I thought I was going to have to choose between the two I am now confident this problem will get fixed I seem a big difference in my dogs the first day.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how quick our 5.5 yo and 3.5 yo pups took to their new skills. We hired Bark Busters to help us with barking, jumping, and walking. Our initial lesson with Ryanne was 3 hours and well worth it. We’ve been practicing the skills we learned with both of our pups and they don’t bark or jump like they used to. We’ve also seen a significant improvement with walking. We highly recommend Ryanne and Bark Busters if your little fur babies have habits like ours ?

Jeri was awesome she was confident and very informative we were having problems with our dogs suddenly fighting we also wanted them to listen better and walk on a leash well my one dog is deaf and has separation anxiety she is helping with all of that we are starting with basic training and leash walking and just after one day I can see a big difference I was skeptical but Jeri is wonderful Gloria T Eagleville (Yelp 8/8/22)

Robert was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and not in the least bit judgmental. He stood outside for over an hour (to accommodate our dog) and coached us through the phone for just the first exercise! I have had my dog for almost 3 years now and was beginning to think that it would be impossible for her behavior to change. Just a couple of hours with Robert changed that completely and all he had to do was guide us! It’s only been a day but I can feel that she’s calmer now. Not only did her behavior stick after he left, but I feel as though I know my dog better and I have an even stronger connection with her now. I can’t thank Robert enough for his help, I highly recommend him!
