We highly recommend Lydia O’Leary at Bark Busters! She has helped us so much with our nervous rescue dog! When we started bark busters our pup was so afraid of strangers and would bark in fear when people came over; since Lydia has given us the training tools and information, we have seen our dog become so much more calm and way less fearful. The techniques that bark busters teaches really do work; we had exhausted all reward based training options and were getting nowhere, but our dog responds so well to Lydia and the methods she has taught us. Lydia is so kind and encouraging and has been so responsive to our needs! She’s come back multiple times for tune-ups with our dog, and has even provided us ongoing support as we prepare our dog for our new baby coming in June. The peace of mind and on going support from Lydia and Bark busters has been more than worth the investment. Our dog is happy and calm and her behavior has and continues to improve every day!

Michael was patient and kind during our whole process. After our first session with him we have seen significant changes in our dog! I highly recommend his services. He taught us how to successfully train our dog! (And to be honest me, I needed the training too!)

We would highly recommend Sharon and Bark Busters. We were having trouble with our pup especially with personal space, general obedience, no recall, fear of people, and barking at everything. We have had many dogs before but this one is a handful. When Sharon came, it was remarkable how quickly our dog responded. She showed us simple, effective exercises and clearly explained what we needed to do to get our dog where we wanted her to be. It was also great to have a training method that is friendly and not treat-driven. Looking back, it’s surprising how far off we were in using the right approach, but with Sharon’s guidance, we’ve seen a dramatic improvement in our dog.

Sharon from Bark Busters came to my home today for 3 hours and left me with a new dog! My little boy Chip was having difficulty resource guarding issues and not very friendly to our boy dog in the home. By the time Sharon from BB left, I had a pup who looked at me differently and definitely acted different. It was great! I realize I have to keep up with the exercises, but I feel better about my future with Chip and I know he is feeling more confident and comfortable. Thank you so much!
