Sharon at Bark Busters is phenomenal with our dog. His behavior, walking, and listening to commands are all greatly improved in a really short period of time. Our dog has anxiety issues and Sharon is helping us to ensure Winston can interact with other dogs - we really appreciate her and recommend her.

Johnny did a fantastic job with our two dogs. Our dogs had some behavioral issues that needed to be corrected. This included leash pulling, resource guarding, and for one of dogs an anxiety separation problem. Johnny helped and guide us through how to address these problems and since then our dogs have gotten much better. The key for dog owners is to stay consistent with the training or else your dogs will regress into their old bad habits. We learned that the hard way early on but the consistency since then has made an everlasting difference. Thank you Johnny and Bark Busters!

Brisket is a 2–3-year-old rescue who was ready for some training after a month of acclimation and recovery in her new home. My research of local trainers brought up lots of qualified folks but Sharon at Bark Busters kept coming up again and again. Several doggie-day-care facilities even handed me her card; turns out Sharon trains a lot of folks (pups too)!
PermalinkOur 3-hour session was completely different than expected and just what I needed. No treats, just quiet visuals; we didn't even utter the first verbal command until the beginning of hour 3 for that rare situation it might be necessary.
I worked with Brisket for the last two days to see how she was doing with my new training (yes, I got trained) and I just can't believe how well it has gone.
Brisket played with other dogs for the first time off leash and was such a good girl and even recalled perfectly in spite of all the beautiful chaos happening around her. She also has less separation anxiety now that I know what to do.

10/10! I wish we hired Sharon much sooner. Within hours - we had a completely different dog. Our home already feels so much more peaceful with 2 young kids and a 9 month old puppy. The exercises she gave us are simple, yet effective. Don’t wait!!!! Hire her!

Couldn't be happier with my choice in Sharon!! I have a lot of experience with owning dogs, big and small, and after a long spell of not having a dog, got my dream doggie, Dawson, the cutest, most lovable Frenchie (with people he knows). He was a re-home and I got him when he was almost a year old, had no previous socialization with people or other dogs, so it has been challenging.Took him early on to a group training which just made him more anxious and reactive, so I knew I couldn't take that approach again. I found Sharon online and after reading reviews and methods, I chose her. Our first session was last Friday, she was patient and kind and listened to all his/our challenges and immediately, first session, he was showing results. I was hoping for that result after seeing other reviews but was skeptical, naturally. We are only a few days in and I feel we have a different, stronger relationship and he has been making great progress. Still a lot of work to do, but with Sharon's guidance (and help throughout the lifetime of the dog was important, because he's a Frenchie after all!) I know we will get there. He already seems so much less anxious and happy and that makes me feel the same. I have more confidence now to know how to handle situations with her guidance. I know I made the right choice with Sharon, and you don't need to look any further if you want literal immediate results! Thanks, Sharon!

Jared is an incredible trainer. With just one session I was able to see such a change with my adopted pup. Words cannot describe how safe and at ease he made me and my dog feel. There was so much anxiety for both of us. I’m a completely new dog owner with little to no experience. And right from the beginning Jared was patient, professional, and really took the time to learn and explain my dog’s behavior and our specific concerns.
PermalinkI had some concerns about leash training and how my dog responded to visitors at the door. Jared guided us with step by step approaches that were easy to follow. And almost immediately after our first visit, I started noticing behavioral changes with my dog. I even noticed the changes on our walks. The tips and techniques regarding leash training was so helpful. Things that I never even thought would affect my dog’s behavior, Jared brought to light. He made the whole process feel manageable and truly gave me tools to build my confidence and my relationship with my pup.
It’s clear Jared truly cares about the dogs he works with and their families. He’s passionate about what he does, and I’m so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an effective and compassionate dog trainer.

I thought I knew dogs from watching Youtube videos of professional and not dog trainers. Karen at Bark Busters St George has helped us understand my dogs better by conducting lessons virtually where my entire family can log on and participate. . Karen has helped us with discipline, communication, repetition and diet. However the success of the program depends on us as a family being guided by Karen. Sometimes it is hard getting all of us on the same page with training and life gets in way. But because of Bark Busters we are at least not ignorant.

Karen was very polite and knowledgeable. Everytime I reached out to her I received a prompt helpful response. They really put you and your pets needs above everything else. My babies are doing great! I highly recommend their virtual dog training services.
