Scot is a wonderful trainer! Within minutes I had learned how to deter my dog’s unacceptable behaviors. Scot taught me how to teach my dog who’s in charge without stress and with positive feedback. Now I’m in charge and not my dog.

I recommend Scot if you want to retrain your thinking and put yourself in charge, not your dog. Be the Alpha!

Scot was very professional and hands on. From the moment he walked in I could tell that we made the right choice. His knowledge was beyond what I could’ve ever thought when it comes to training dogs. With all of the things he taught I can already see some tremendous changes in my dogs behavior. I highly recommend for anyone having some issues with stubborn dogs who seem untrainable.

After months of stressing about our rescue dog being protective of our house and not allowing guests in we finally found bark busters! Scot was amazing and really wanted to build a relationship with everyone involved in training the dog. It was amazing being taught how to help our dog and be given tools and resources to make training much easier. I would give 100 stars if I could we couldn’t have made this change without Scot !

It’s only been a day and amazed at the results so far. It is quite a bit of work so be prepared but the payoff should be huge!!

Scot was great at explaining the Bark Busters training philosophy and gave excellent examples for putting the trainings into action. We are excited to continue the trainings with our dog Lyla and to one day enjoy our walks without having her barking at other dogs. Thanks so very much Scot!!

Our dog has been struggling with anxiety and some complex behaviors that had us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. But Scott came in with a calm, confident presence and immediately made us feel more at ease. He didn’t just work with our dog—he worked with us, teaching us practical tools, tips, and tricks that we could use every day. He explained everything clearly and with so much knowledge that it was easy to follow and apply his advice right away.
Thanks to Scott, we now feel empowered, educated, and much more prepared to handle situations that used to feel impossible. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both the dogs and the families he helps. The time, effort, and expertise he shared with us have made a huge difference already, and we’re so grateful for everything he’s done.

Beyond Happy. We have been life time doggie owners. At this time we have 3 puppies under the age of 10 months. To say the least, it can be very hectic. Scot came in and showed us how to address some of their behaviors. (running out the door as soon as it opens, barking, recall, potty training issues. We are look forward to learning more and becoming the leaders of the pact. Having the training in their environment is more valuable than I can put into words.

One session in and we are already seeing a drastic change!
We just moved to Boston a few months back and our Havanese took the move the hardest - he developed major anxiety which sometimes came out in the form of aggression. After only one session with Scot and a few tricks and recommendations later, my dog and I just came back from the best walk we have had since we moved! Our dog was calmer, less distracted, and less worried all on the eve of that first session!
Scot understands dogs and has a way of helping the rest of understand them too. He made sure we understood what, how, and when things needed to be done, and made us feel like it was all easily achievable. We are so glad to be working with him and cannot wait for our next session!

When I tell you how SHOCKED we are with how behaved our dogs are acting after ONE training session!

Scot was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also very personable. After a meet and greet over Zoom, Scot comes to YOUR home where your dogs are most comfortable. We are so pleased with all of the training techniques he taught us and the dogs! Scot diligently answered all of our questions and made sure there were no gray areas.
For some background, we have two dogs. One is almost a year old, and the other one has some aggressive behaviors towards her little brother. By the end of our first session, both dogs were sitting up on a beanbag together, sniffing and licking each other. Scot is truly a lifesaver and gives you all the tools you need to get through to your dogs.
If you have dogs in need of training and don’t want to rely on treats for your dog to listen to you, Scot is your guy.
All of Scot’s techniques are catered towards the dog. No fear, no physical, completely verbal and tapping in to the psychology of the dog.
We are truly so pleased and are so excited to continue working with Scot through their lifetime guarantee.
We are so thankful, thank you Scot!
