I thought I knew dogs from watching Youtube videos of professional and not dog trainers. Karen at Bark Busters St George has helped us understand my dogs better by conducting lessons virtually where my entire family can log on and participate. . Karen has helped us with discipline, communication, repetition and diet. However the success of the program depends on us as a family being guided by Karen. Sometimes it is hard getting all of us on the same page with training and life gets in way. But because of Bark Busters we are at least not ignorant.
Karen was very polite and knowledgeable. Everytime I reached out to her I received a prompt helpful response. They really put you and your pets needs above everything else. My babies are doing great! I highly recommend their virtual dog training services.
Karen saved me and my dog! I was afraid I was going to have to send Sparks back to the shelter, because of his aggression problem toward other dogs. I literally had to walk him at night to cut down his encounters with other dogs! He would growl, bark and even nip. Karen taught me the strategies to get Sparks to listen to me. The best part is it didnt involve shock or prong collars. I saw a major difference in our first lesson, but I figured when Karen left, Sparks would revert to his old self. Not true. The magic isn't in her or the dog -- it's in YOU! Thanks so much Karen.
I’ve tried a few dog trainers in the past and have not like a single one. However, Marc was wonderful. He was so thorough, educated, and explained everything easily before we introduced our dog. Once we started, we had a whole new dog in 10 minutes. Marc made sure to address everything we mentioned and we had a comprehensive plan by the time he left. I’ve never felt so confident in a plan of action and feel like my dog is happier than he’s ever been. I will recommend Marc and BarkBusters to everyone I know. Bark Busters is certainly the way to go when training a dog.I had no idea you could actually train a dog this way, it really works. Karen has a great personality and very knowledgeable about the health of your animal. I was so happy that Karen and her husband were recommended through my Vet. We were extremely pleased with our first lesson just two days ago. Within a few minutes after being in our home, Mark showed us how to keep our 3 dogs in control with some simple tools, voice tones and gestures. At first I was a bit skeptical, like, "Will this really work after he leaves?" , but over the past two days since we've been using the techniques he taught us, we see a 90% improvement in our dogs. Still a few things we need to work on but there has been a huge positive difference in their behavior. I am able to keep them calmer, more attentive and obedient. I would definitely recommend Bark Busters and I am grateful that our vet tech referred us to them!
