Not going to lie, I was a little hesitant and skeptical about this training because it almost sounded too good to be true and the price is a lot to ask for upfront but decided to give Bark Busters a try because we were so desperate! I'm so so so glad to be proven wrong! This was the best decision for our dogs and we've only had one session and seen a DRASTIC improvement! We have tried taking our dogs previously to Petsmart training but it did very little to help with their anxiety and reactiveness and then COVID happened so we haven't really had a chance to continue their training. We decided to call Bark Busters because of the lifetime guarantee of support and the in-home training. As we were scheduling our appointment, I was assured that our trainer would be following safety protocols (social distancing, wearing a mask, etc), which he definitely did.

Kevin really is a miracle worker! We were having some behavior issues with our three dogs - Nori, Maki, and Uni. Uni and Maki were always fighting to the point where we had to keep them separated and Nori was very destructive, very reactive to every little thing and could not walk on a leash (always pulling, barking and lunging at other dogs/people). It was very stressful having people come over and not knowing how they would react. Maki is also very timid and scared of every little thing and would bark at people who would come over.

For our first session, Kevin was here for almost 4 hours and had us work on correcting our dog's behaviors when they happened with growling and the use of body language. It sounds so simple and almost too good to be true but it really does work. Definitely trust the process and you get what you put into the training.

These people are amazing. On my case kevin is our trainer, he is very professional and patient even for my dog. I have a french bulldog and shes very stubborn. All of what kevin told us made sense and worked out great with my dog. It was easy to follow through. I would recommend them to any furparents out there.

I worked with Christine & Michael last week to get help with correcting my 11-year-old Springer/Aussie/Border Collie mix. Her barking has always been an issue but during the pandemic since I’m always home, it has gotten out of control. She’s also aggressive, hyper & extremely anxious. I was very worried it was a lost cause given her age but Bark Busters taught me that you really can teach an old dog new tricks! I was absolutely blown away that in just 1 session, they were able to coach me on how to properly train Lola to 90% improvement! I’m so thankful for their methods & to helping both Lola & I have a better life! Thank you for everything!!

Kevin is a magician. Kevin came by 5 days ago to help with our miniature schnauzer that was barking excessively both inside our house and while we were walking. After 3 hours with Kevin (and practice everyday since) we have seen a significant decrease in our pup's barking.

Walks that had been marred by leash pulling and barking at everything that pass are quickly becoming pleasant outings. I'm recommending Bark Busters to anyone who asks how we got our pup to behave.

They’re amazing. Kevin is my dog trainer and he has helped to turn my dogs behavior completely around. She had issues with aggression and biting and many other things and none of those things are an issue now. I can take her places and know she’s not going to lash out at someone. She plays with other dogs with no aggression and she has fun. I would highly recommend this company. They know why they’re doing.

I found out about Bark Busters because of my neighbors. Their pit bull changed what seemed like overnight from being anxious and crazy to obedient and calm. We booked Kevin and Christen to train our German Shepherd puppy. This truly may be the best dog training in the world! They really understand how dogs minds work and teach you how to communicate so they understand. Bella was starting to nip our hands and play rough, but they taught us that grabbing her too much during play can cause this behavior. We learned to set boundaries around the door and walk on a leash calmly with no pulling. I would recommend Bark Busters to anyone who really wants to understand the nature of dogs and have obedience....without bribing them with treats!

Kevin and Christen have been wonderful with our puppy Indy. They are both very professional and gave us a lot of actionable home work to work on with our dog. Their methodology is not about just training the dogs but teaching us how dogs think and how best to help both sides communicate with one other. I can't wait to continue working together to see our puppy grow and learn.

We have a newly adopted Boxer rescue 5 years old and a 12 year old shepherd mix. Our boxer boy , after several months with us started showing signs of on leash aggression, resource guarding. leash pulling and trying to attack anyone who approached the front door. Delivery persons were no longer willing to come anywhere close to our front door. He was even turning his aggression towards us, which has been very hard to deal with. Oh and did I mention , our boxer is also deaf, which puts a whole new spin on his issues.

Our 12 year old doggie is pretty well behaved, but she certainly can cause the other one to be reactive when she sees a person outside. Even though Magic is deaf, he still picks up on the other dog's body language.

I consider myself pretty informed when it comes to dogs, however Magic's issues were beyond my expertise. Then a call to Bark Busters . Kevin came to our home and after a 3 hour session he gave us a bounty of useful information and tips on how to control Magic's aggression, leash pulling, obsession with cars and people just walking by our home. We also found out that our other dog., who is very obedient, did have issues of being stressed out thinking she "has to be in guard mode" all the time.

I cannot tell you the change in both of these dogs with some simple and easy tips and suggestions from Kevin. This happened with just one 3 hr session. I kid you not. Their methods are based on pack leader mentality, and is not treat motivated. Which is great, because my dogs do not care about "treats " at all. It almost seemed a bit "too simple" but in the days since our session, training is going beautifully.

I am sure there may be more for our doggies to learn , but If you are looking for ethical, and compassionate dog trainers, give Christen and Kevin a call. You will not be disappointed . Believe in the process.....
