We called Bark Busters after our dog was kicked out of doggy daycare. Mariah came out the next week and we just had our first session. Mariah was kind, patient, and intelligent. It was clear to us that Mariah is well versed in doggy training and we had a great first session. Mariah provided a plethora of information and helped us understand the root cause of some of the behavioral issues and how to work on those behaviors with our dog. We are happy that we chose Bark Busters and look forward to working with Mariah!

Our rescue, Ally, had a fantastic training session with Kayla! She did so well, and with Kayla’s expert guidance, I have no doubt Ally will continue to thrive and become the amazing dog she’s meant to be.

Very helpful! Mariah was wonderful, came to my home and listened to me talk forever about my dog and the things we wanted to work on. She then gave me a lot of helpful suggestions and exercises I could do at home to help with his reactivity. The program is geared towards changing your relationship with your dog for the better to help with the underlying problem and overall help with the reactivity. We've already made some positive changes and my dog is picking it up really quickly. We definitely still have work to do but I have a lot better understanding of my dog and what I need to do to help him get past some of his fear and uncertainty. I really think this program gets to the root cause of the issues and will fix the problem with a little more work from both of us. I'm excited to see where this takes us! Highly recommend Mariah, she is great to work with and very knowledgeable!

Mariah has alleviated SO MUCH of his our stress and worries with our dog Earl. With only ONE visit she has given us the tools to allow us to walk our preciously reactive dog stress free! I am absolutely amazed with the progress our dog has made just within the first week. Mariah is super responsive and cares about the needs of us and our dog. My dog is still the dog i know but he is learning a lot through the tools and exercises we were given. They were not overwhelming and are personalized for his needs. I can not recommend bark busters enough.

Kayla is fantastic! My dog tends to bark and get nervous when we see other dogs on our walk. Kayla helped me to recognize when he's beginning to get nervous and how to use their techniques to calm him down. Amazing how well that works. And she helped me with techniques on managing both our dogs when people come to the door. She had me practice and gave me pointers to get it right. Thank you so much for helping me help my pups!

Mariah came to help us with your new rescue from the streets of Texas. He was experiencing separation anxiety and would tear the house apart while we were gone… first it was the blinds, then it was the trash. He would howl for hours while we were gone. He even ended up jumping on top of the dryer and opening the window on his own. Mariah gave us the tools necessary to establish ourselves as pack leaders and the behaviors diminished. We are now able to keep our dog in his crate while we are gone. The exercises were easy to incorporate into our daily routine and all of the work was done inside our home! Our dog is a totally different dog!

I adopted a 9 month old Weimaraner puppy who had no manners, no training, and tons of energy. She was jumping on everyone, counter surfing, and nonstop biting. I was in tears. But Mariah came in and helped me find structure and routine in a way my pup could understand. Now I get to actually enjoy my dog! I highly recommend. Plus we will get to continue working on things as she gets into her defiant teenage stage 🤣

I truly can’t say enough good things about Kayla. She is knowledgeable, patient, & thorough. She gave us so much guidance in the first session and the response from our dog was immediate. She helped us learn how to communicate with our dog gently but firmly. I love that there was no use of prong or shock collars. Highly recommend her!
