Trainer was friendly, personable, KNOWLEDGEABLE, patient with me, non-judgemental, warm and appropriate with my dog, skillful, helpful, supportive, informative, pleasant, and... my dog loved him and responded so well to him.
John was extremely perceptive immediately upon walking in the door. He was very understanding and patient! We feel very comfortable with his teaching methods. Looking forward to the future!
