John was wonderful and patient. He took time to work with us and Luna. Luna responded well with what John taught us. We saw a big improvement in the first session.
John was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the training and made sure we were processing the information, He addressed all our concerns.
Personally, I thought this training session was very informative and made sense! John was very good at describing why the dogs act the way they do and how it's our responsibility to be able to take ownership. I will definitely recommend Bark Busters because it was tremendous.
