John was very thorough. He very methodically took us through the various steps and exercises in the training methods. Everything he taught was logical and evidence-based to be successful. Great experience and will be our support in the future.
Trainer was friendly, personable, KNOWLEDGEABLE, patient with me, non-judgemental, warm and appropriate with my dog, skillful, helpful, supportive, informative, pleasant, and... my dog loved him and responded so well to him.
