Robert was knowledgeable and patient. He understood our concerns and was able to make suggestions on how to improve behavior. My dogs responded to him immediately and he coached me and my daughter to deliver the commands in a confident way. Robert is amazing! Permalink

Rob was very professional and took a lot of time explaining the challenges of training a puppy and provided several written documents of tips as well as a prepared schedule to get the puppy on a routine. Implementing that routine has really helped both us and the dog to manage expectations and have more patience. Permalink
