Rob was extremely knowledgeable and gave us all the tools we need to be able to help Sal. We saw a noticeable difference in him and found he is definitely more responsive for unwanted behavior and can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Rob is professional and knowledgeable as a trainer. Our puppy responded to him right away. He trained us as well as and he is kind and wonderful.
