Frank was very responsive to Orlando's training techniques and we learned some very valuable training to be able to work toward Frank feeling safe & secure in his home when we are there or not.
Orlando was fantastic! It's hard to believe such a change in behavior after one session.
Enjoyed my exchanges with Orlando and the exercises he taught me to train Jack!
